1. Having Screen Time In Bed:
The first habit that you have to change guys is going on your phone, laptop or iPad - having screen time in bed before going to sleep. It is not a good habit because if you are looking at a screen right before going to sleep, it is going to be a lot harder for you to fall asleep. The blue light coming from the screen is not good for your eyes and you are not going to fall asleep as fast as you would if you were not looking at a screen right before bed. So, i would recommend may be 30 minutes at least before going to bed. Also when you are looking at things, that information right on your screen, your brain is processing that information and it is a lot going on so you have to relax and calm yourself down to fall asleep. The best thing you can do is look around your room instead of looking at a screen before you go to sleep.
2. Not Getting Enough Sleep :
The next habit that have a huge impact on your life is not getting enough sleep. So many people especially Gamers who are supposed to stay up late. If you are not getting enough sleep, you are not going to wake up feeling good the next day. Also your body is not going to be well recovered. So try to fall asleep earlier, so that you can wake up earlier feeling energetic the next day. So, go to sleep early, so that you be prepared for tomorrow and have an amazing day tomorrow.
3. Procrastinating :
The next habit that we all have whether it's something small or something you do every single day and then you have a lot of trouble with it is Procrastinating. 4. Comparing Yourself To Other People On social media:
There are billions of people on social media and many of them posts a lot of really cool stuff. But let me tell you guys lot of them doesn't have life like that every single day. Social media is meant for you to post a lot of relatable things but some people chose to post the best moments of their lives. So, if you are looking at someone's life whether he is celebrity or a rich guy and you are like "wow he lives a perfect life". Trust me, they have bad days too just like every person on this planet. Don't compare yourself to anyone and don't put yourself down. When you look at something like that, use it as motivation and inspiration. Don't let it bring you down. Comparing yourself to others is going to ruin your life. So stop comparing yourself on social media and putting yourself down because of it.
