What's up everyone, we all have a question every time "how do I change my life to go from being tired all the time?, not motivated not passionate". To being energized, passionate and successful, well its about making small changes to your habits and routine that will push you forward and make you more energized. Its not one major change, its not turning your life upside down, its multiple small changes. when you make those seven small adjustments and only then you will be able to reach your large goal.

The first small change that you need to make and this one will have a massive impact in the quality of your life is improving your communication skills. if you invest a few minutes a day to improving your communication skills, this will happen you be better at holding a conversation with your friends and communicate your values in a much more meaningful way. You will be able to speak up at work in a meeting or in a presentation and express your thoughts, feelings and ideas very clearly. Communication is key in everything we do. So invest time in reading, learning new words.

2. Wake up Earlier / Go to bed earlier:

If you are going to bed midnight, you are not getting up until 9 am or 10 am. All of those people that woke up at 6 am or 7 am have been hustling for a few hours before you're even awake. You can do so much with those extra two or three hours in the morning.

Sometimes you get sucked into series and ruin your sleep schedule. I am not saying you should not watch TV, as a matter of fact i think you should. But you should spend less time in watching TV, whether it's Netflix, YouTube, or anything that is entertainment.

The next small change that you should make in your life is start working out in the morning. By starting working out in the morning, you will feel way more motivated. Your work outs will be more better, you will feel more energetic and you will be going earlier to bed because you will be not taking that pre-workout at 6 pm.

5. Stop comparing:

The last change that you should make is to stop comparing yourself. There will always be someone more successful, more accomplished, with more achievements, more money and a better life.
